This gives us time to go over any questions you have. I can help you choose which package will best fit your needs & go over payment plan options.

This 15 page fillable guide gives you every step you need to do to make your session successful. Each page is packed full of valuable information and has plenty of space for you to write down any notes as you go! The guide covers everything from setting your intention, creating a mood board, choosing your locations, picking outfits & props, referrals for hair & makeup, a shot list, and more!

Create a game plan
Final Planning Call
About a week before your session we’ll get on a 30-minute Zoom call to go over everything you’ve been working on and make a plan for the day of your session.
This is where we go over all of the last minute details of your session and make a plan for the day of. We’ll go over everything that’s in the guide. You can try on your outfits. Show me what props you’re going to be brining to the session. You’ll have the opportunity to share your vision board and give me the list of shots that you want to get.

Hello, I'm Vanessa!
I’m Vanessa, a branding photographer and coach based in Kapolei, Hawaii specializing in helping female small business owners & creative entrepreneurs who struggle with overwhelm, are confused about branding or choosing the right colors, fonts, and way to present themselves to the world.
I love working with these women because let’s face it – many of us don’t have the confidence we’d like when it comes to running a small business. The good news is it doesn’t have to be this way. Working together we can build your brand from the ground up with brand strategy coaching. Or perhaps you need some strategic brand photography? If so, I am here for you!

Your session should be booked no less than 1 month in advance! I want you to take your time moving through the planning process strategically and not feel rushed.
Currently, I am booking sessions out 3 months in advance and only take on 3 branding photo session clients per month.
Yes! I offer custom monthly packages that include both monthly & quarterly sessions. This is a great option so you can continuously get images for your brand without having to do any of the work! Please email me at hello@vanessaschwinnphotography.com for more information on these packages.
Yes! We will start your booking off with a consultation call where I will go over all of the planning tools that I will send you. They cover everything from location, outfits, props, vision boards etc.
I’m always available via DM or email to answer any quick questions. We will also have 1 final 30 minute planning call about a week before your session to go over everything you’ve planned and come up with a game plan.
Yes! Depending on what package you choose I offer multiple different payment plans. The first 50% of your session is a non-refundable retainer and the final payment is due 7 days before the session.
Currently I am only offering branding photo sessions on Thursdays & Fridays. Timing is based on your location and optimal lighting times.
Of course! If you’re a pro in front of the camera you can do your thing, but if you’re not as comfortable I will be there to guide you the entire time!
No. However, I do include a huge list of suggestions in my Branding Session Planning Guide!
I am also able to utilize my background and degree in Graphic Design when working with my clients on their brands. As well as my 9 years experience of being a small business owner.
Typically, that’s a hard no. If for some reason you’d need them I am able to sell RAWS for $149 per image needed.
You will receive your color corrected proofing gallery within 7-14 days after your session.
After you’ve chosen your photos from the proofing gallery they will be fully retouched and ready for you within 30 days depending on how many photos need retouching.
Yes! Additional images are available for purchase at the time of proofing for $20 per extra image. Discounts will be available for multiple images purchased.
